With advancements in technology, Close-Circuit Rebreather(CCR) has become increasingly popular among technical divers in recent years. This is primarily because CCR design has become more mature and reliable over decade. As generations of technical divers have challenged and experimented with it, the systematization of training methods has enhanced the knowledge and skills of newcomers, and most importantly, improved safety. Finally, the recent surge in helium prices has made helium costs for deep-sea open-circuit diving astronomical, deterring many aspiring technical divers. CCR filters out carbon dioxide from exhaled gas while retaining helium in the gas mixture, and then replenishes the oxygen needed by the diver. This significantly reduces the cost of diving gases. Furthermore, CCR maintains a stable oxygen partial pressure throughout the dive, which greatly reduces decompression time after long, deep dives. Considering all these benefits, CCR has become a hot topic of discussion in the technical diving community in recent years.

JJ-CCR Back Mount eCCR
JJ-CCR 是目前暗潮教授最多的CCR機型，從2017年Phil教練潛水至今，本型機器以超高良率及其耐用度，堪稱CCR界之〝4x4捍馬車〞。Back Mount eCCR中的Back Mount指的是背掛，也就是CCR是後背在背上，eCCR中的e代表是Electronic 電子控制的意思，所以在控制操作方面就是有一個電腦分擔潛水員操作控制氧分壓的工作，以減少潛水員在水中的工作程序複雜度。其主要外殼由耐用的鋁合金、不鏽鋼及Derlin塑鋼組成，而整個CCR設計主打的就是簡單、防呆、市面容易取得代換品的實戰用CCR。至今，JJ CCR依然是市場上最受歡迎的CCR之一。
The JJ-CCR is currently the most popular CCR model at Dark Tide. Since Phil began dive it in 2017, this machine has been renowned for its exceptionally high yield rate and durability, earning it the title of the "4x4 Humvee" of the CCR world. The "Back Mount eCCR" meaning the CCR is worn on the back, and the "e" in eCCR stands for Electronic Control, meaning a computer handles the oxygen pressure control for the diver, reducing the complexity of underwater work load. Its main structure is constructed from durable aluminum alloy, stainless steel, and Derlin. The overall design emphasizes simplicity, keep it simple stupid, and readily available replacement parts for practical use. To this day, the JJ CCR remains one of the most popular CCRs on the market.

Triton-CCR Chest Mount mCCR
Triton-CCR 是在2025年Phil教練最新取得教授資格的CCR。Chest Mount mCCR中的Chest Mount指的是胸掛，也就是CCR是掛在前胸，mCCR中的m代表是manual 機械控制的意思，所以在控制操作方面就是靠著潛水員操作控制氧分壓的工作，以減少電子系統的需求同時也降低電子故障的可能性。其輕量、小巧的優勢(不含氣瓶約7公斤、可直接攜帶登機)方便攜帶旅行，加上可輕鬆搭配背掛單瓶、背掛雙瓶及側掛雙瓶的靈活使用方式，是這幾年異軍突起的受注目CCR。
Triton-CCR is the latest CCR for which Phil got his teaching certification in 2025. The "Chest Mount" mCCR refers to the CCR is worn on the chest. The "m" in mCCR stands for manual mechanical control, meaning the diver manually controls the oxygen partial pressure, reducing the need for electronic systems and minimizing the possibility of electronic malfunctions. Its lightweight and compact design (approximately 7 kg without cylinder, able to carry-on to the cabin) makes it convenient for travel. Furthermore, its flexible use with single tank back mount, double tanks back mount, and side-mount cylinders makes it a rapidly rising and highly regarded CCR in recent years.

本課程為已是CCR潛水員的而要進入新機型時，只須要一個較短的課程即可使用不 同型號的機型。學員必需具備原來的CCR有20潛至少20小時的潛水記綠才能進入本課程。
This course is designed for CCR divers who wish to switch to a new model, allowing them to learn different models in a shorter course. Participants must have record of at least 20 dives and 20 hours on CCR to be eligible for this course.
